On 25th March, 2016, I bought a birthday cake for my friend from Mio Amore, Hati More branch, Siliguri. When we cut the cake, we found out the cake had melted from inside and is falling on the cardboard base. The cake tasted even worse. It was very embarrassing. This happened previously too. I went to the store and complained. The only reason for this is, the air conditioning of the store is never on or working.
