Miracas International India — Payment Made Product Not Shipped

Order: #052665 worth Rs 2190 was placed with online payment .It was to be shipped in 7-12 working days .But it has been over 16 days there is no information about shipment. Customer Care number directs to call again and complaint mails also go unanswered.I suspect it as fraud as i have seen many such complaints by other customers. Please help to resolve this matter i.e. Make shipment or make refund.else i, will have to approach consumer forum.
