Miracas International — Poor customer experience

There is no one on the help desk to pick up your calls. Helpline no i guess is fake or i dont know what purpose it actually serves when there is no one to pick up your call. They have updated their website which does not allow you to use our old vouchers which was refunded due to a return of a poor product shipped by them. All in all, browsing thru the site gives a time wasting experience. Please resolve this problem. This really pisses off any customer.
