Miracas.com — Refund

I am Saurav. I have ordered a jacket from Miracas.com on 17Sep15. My order number is #068218. The tat time for delivery of the product is 7-12 working days, but it was not delivered. I contacted customer care number of the company, the representative told me that if the product vil not be delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase you will get your refund automatically. After completing 45 days I have contacted again to call Centre every time a girl picked up the call with a fake name like Shreya, Priyanka, shivani and so on and said we need to check with supervisor for the same. But till today I have not got any confirmation on my refund. Kindly help.
