[Resolved]  Mirraw — Delivery date 14/10/2014 but haven't even courier the products yet

Did online purchase for 5 salwar kameez. Which the delivery date is on 14/10/2014 Received an email on 9/10/2014 stating that one of the suit it not available. I replied to cancel that Particular suit order & refund the money, didn't get any reply till 12/10/2014, which they claim they are still Waiting for my suits to reach their office for them to qc check & courier it. Tried calling & messaging but no reply
