[Resolved] Mirraw — I never received my item or a refund | |||
I ordered online on www.mirraw.com, and was expecting to receive my item. I have my order number, it is : M[protected], But i never received it. And now they have stopped all communication. I was told by the resource manager that she would get back to me in 24 hours, it has now been over 48 hours and she never got back to me, as well as they are now not replying to emails or messages on facebook or any phone calls, they only reply with auto generated messages. I am not the only one that they have done this to, on their facebook page there are a lot of costumers that have been cheated like this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Regarding the order there was issue and hence the order is delayed .
The product is in our warehouse and waiting for the stitching .we will get it delivered to you soon
