I ordered a saree online .I made a payment at the bank. As soon as the money was taken from my account I sent and payment on my end went through, I sent mirraw serval emails enclosing proof of payment of the purchase.

To date I have not received a response from mirraw as to whether they have received my order and the status of my order. I have checked the tracking order feature on the app and there is no change.

I bough an item from Mirraw in anticipation of a wedding, recently. link to item below.

What I received was a cheap replica, shoddily stitched, with incomplete embroidery. Basically the item was not as displayed/described on the website.

I wrote to customer care to request for a return and refund. The first response from customer care was to just offer me a 20% refund. I refused and wrote again...

I have ordered buy 1 get 3 free saree, and few other product as well.
I got charged for all free product as well. It was overcharged...I email and called so many time but no response. Product quality so cheap...
Mirraw is completely fraud...so shameful for India.....

My order has been cancelled and they are not refunding my money....

Order placed 23rd November items have not arrived....

Purchased it online and confirmed the delivery timelines before buying it. But it didnt received ontime and they told that they will do the refund to my account. But later they keep on denying and luring me by offering 10%, 20%, and even 30% of the amount.

I humbly requested for the refund and even agreed to pay for the courier charges but all in vain and now they stopped responding to the...

I have bought a product from Mirraw and they confirmed before buying that it would be delivered on a particular date.

I still kept buffer of 4-5days but they didnt deliver and every time customer service tried to give false responses or being told that its being handled by someone else. (M[protected]...

The product was ordered worth 5292 Rs and they sent a wrong product. Hence it was returned and after that they stopped sending email for return delivery and refund. It's been a month and when called or mailed their customer care they everytime say we are processing ur request and sending it to concerned team. But no refund yet nor any update on order online....

I have raised a refund request and its status says pending for over two weeks. I keep mailing for which i receive no response. I call customer care everyday and they keep telling your approval will come in 48 hours but i didnt receive any. I need my money to be refunded immediately. Worst service and you fool...

I have ordered a saree and its over 1 month i still haven't got it and its a prepaid order . They r showing that address is not updated ...so i updated the address but nothing happened ... but a cash on delivery order came very smoothly in the same address.. now that i want to return and cancel the order since its been way too long they r saying the return and cancel period is over WHEN I HAVE NOT GOT THE PRODUCT ONLY!!! Bought shoes from mirraw with bangles. The issue I have are the shoes. I had ordered a black one size 38 but a brown sized 40 was sent. With the other pair a sized 40 wsd sent and the beads are missing on the side..have been sending text and emails to solve this issue..everytime I send an email..a new person pops up with questions and hardly responds.
I was sent a return ticket but unfortunately we are in lockdown in Auckland Newzealand...

I ordered two items (Order No. M[protected] on 15th June, 2021 amounting to Ksh. 9, 890.91. I have never received any of the items to date despite several emails/calls.

When I asked for a refund, I was told that I would only be paid only Ksh. 3, 827.27 (which has still not reflected).

I tried mailing them but to no avail.

It is honestly pathetic that firstly they could not even track their own...
