[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Items not delivered due to incorrect disclosure of value of items to avoid customs | |||||
I ordered products in may 2016. I still have not received the product. I was informed that i am liable for customs be chase the items are undervalued to avoid customs. I've logged over ten complaints, with no response. I was requested to pay customs but when ordering this wasn't disclosed. I want a full refund but was advised i have to pay cost of product feint returned. I haven't even received the product. I paid r 5000 - south african currency Was this information helpful? | |||||
