[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — No refund received | |||||
Hi, I purchase a product from mirraw in october and returned it back immediately because the product quality was extremely poor, did not match the website description and was delivered very late. No one from customer service team is responding to my emails or calls and mirraw has not refunded me my money. Please advise or help me in this issue. Ordered 2 items and haven't received the second item yet. It's been 2 months. Everytume the response is it will be ready for dispatching in the next 24-48 hours but nothing happens.

They are fraud and cheater. I would never buy any product from them.
I have the same issue . Ordered two saree received one.e (which is also not according to the description)Every time I contacted with the customer service they said 2nd product has been despatched. Would send me the tracking no soon. But one and a halh month gone haven't received the saree, neither received refund . I didn't realise this is such a fraud company. Everyone, please be aware of their forgery and would like to request you DoNot buy any product from them online. You'll regret for sure..😣amas
