[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Product under declared at customs - penalty incurred and still pending | |||||
My order was stopped at customs due to Mirraw under declaring the cost on the documents. A penalty costing roughly 3 times the cost of my order was incurred which Mirraw has agreed to pay but has failed to do so. Now my order is being held at the governments warehouse at a daily fee which Mirraw expects Me to pay. Just give me a refund for my order and the double import tax I've had to pay because Mirraw unnecessarily shipped my single order in 2 packages. No response from Mirraw any more.
