[Resolved] Mirraw — Purchase one product but got cancelled due to out of stock but not refunded amount | |||
I have ordered two sarees on 12th march, 2016 and order no is : m[protected], out of two one got delivered to my address but the second one not delivered to my address. So made a call to mirraw customer care and said that the saree was out of stock and will refund the amount to my account. But after more than one week i checked my account there is no amount got credited, from the day onwards till now i called and mailed to mirraw support team but i'm not getting any refund status or any response from them. Everytime these people are saying refund status got cancelled so i shared my another account number to transfer the amount eventhough there is progress of my issue. And whenever im calling to customer care they are making me to wait on call but not connecting to customer person. This is the worst behaviour of the mirraw support people. Next time i never purchase any products from this site and will advice everyone not purchase any products from this site. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Mirraw support team contact us and started the refund process correctly which was failed before.
