[Resolved] Mirraw — Undelivered orders | |
Hi, I am from mauritius and i had purchased two clothes amounting rs3900 online on mirraw.com. The delivery date was supposed to be on 26th july, till now i have not received my orders. Each time the sales persons mohseen kazi told me that the courrier company has rejected their invoice since there was error. I had purchased it for my brother's wedding on 14th august, i had to spend money again and purchase clothes in maurtiius and till now i have not received any parcel from mirraw. I don't know where my money and parcel has gone and the customer service is the worst i'v ever come across. Was this information helpful? | |
