[Resolved]  Mirraw.com — Defective item / no response by e - mail - customer care not picking up phone

Order Number: M[protected] Issue: Defective material delivered on 21th Nov; It is more than 3 days, but no response to emails on how to return this material and customer care times out waiting for the representative to be free (tried at different times of the day) this happens everyday, have any solution for this please help us.
