Mirraw.com — Have not received my order | |
I ordered and paid for clothing online from Mirraw.com on 25 January 2015, expected date of delivery was 06 February 2015. To date nothing has been received. Customer service keeps replying to my emails saying that my query has been acknowledged and that they will email tracking details within the next 48 hours. The last reply to my email was on 16 April 2015, I was asked to give them 72 hours to investigate. All I received two days ago was a survey asking to rate their service! Sorry, to inform you that we will not be able to ship the products due to some technical reasons.
Since, there was a inconvienece caused to our end we are also checking with the backend team if the product is available we will send you the product and request you to pay only for the product and we will not charge you the shipping charges.
