[Resolved] Mirraw.com — Mirraw.com-didn't refund my money | |||
Hi, I had purchased an peach color anarkali from www.mirraw.com, They send different color & product, i couriered back them the article, they are not replying for mail. their email id: (ekta pandya) [protected]@mirraw.com. I called their customer Representative ( suraj) he said he will request my refund further i will reply soon. I am waiting now for last 12 days for his reply, they are not even pickings calls. Hi, Did they refund your money? Because the same case is with me...product quality is very poor and not worth the money i paid that's why I want refund... I only want to know that should I refund my product? ... or my money and my in hand product both will get locked...please help...I invest too much money ...I don't want to take risk...Your opinion will be very helpful for me...Thanks a lot..
