[Resolved] Mirraw.com — No refund even after product delivered to the seller | |||||
I returned order # M[protected] on 3rd Dec 2015 and got the confirmation of the product being delivered to the seller on 10th Dec 2015 by the courier service. I have been trying to reach Mirraw customer care via email and via helpline but there have been no response at all. No return has been initiated towards the return so far, not sure how to contact them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 31, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I received an apology email from the company representative for all the delay caused. Refund was initiated and completed within a day. Thanks | |||||
