Mirraw.com — Non receipt of reverse courier after returning product I ordered | |||
SIr, This is to state that the eCommerce site Mirraw.com is dodging on giving me back the refund of reverse courier after sending me a dirty saree. I ordered a saree online from Mirraw.com on 30th Dec 2014. They delivered the saree, and it was soiled, it was dirty and i called them to ask for a refund. They said the product can be refunded if I courier the saree to them, they will refund me the courier cost. After more than a month, they refunded the saree cost, but they are yet to refund me the courier cost of Rs 350. They always say, we had a technical problem, or they say it has been refunded last week, but the money has not come to me. When asked for the transaction Id, they do not give that information. Please refer to the DTDC receipt for couriering back the saree to them. 10th January I couriered to them.

I am really sorry about such as experience with us.We do our refund via NEFT but due to some technical issue it has not been processed.I assure you within next 48hrs the amount will reflect in your account.We didn't mean to do any kind of foul play be assured we will get it processed urgently from our end.
