Mirraw.com — Order not received for almost 2 months

I placed this order on July 2nd. This order has exceeded the time limit stipulated by the contract. I am now in a state where i have not received the order and cannot even cancel it. The response from the Mirraw team has been pathetic and all i hear is "We are looking into your issue and will get back shortly" I am shocked that the number of attempts to contact me were numerous when I had some items in the cart. After placing the order there has been no information on any follow up process. Some one was supposed to contact me via phone towards end of July and no one has contacted me. The phone number listed in their website does not work either. I am very concerned with the business practices of Mirraw. I request the concerned executives at Mirraw to look into this immediately and help solve my problem. Usha
