[Resolved] Mirraw.com — Paid for product but didn't receive it | |||
Hello, Ordered jewellery on their website which i never received. On contacting them, i'm being told that 'somebody' signed and took the package. They are not able to produce any evidence on who signed and i live in a gated community where the security is fairly tight. I think they are either committing fraud or this is negligence. It's been a month since they charged me and there hasn't been resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
