i ordered a sarree from mirraw on 6th december 2014. The product they sent was defective and had few cuts on the corner side..i immediately reverted back to them with the pictures of the sarree. They asked to courier back the product and they will reimburse me with the courier charges . I did that and the sarree was successfully received by them but till date ie, even after 15 days they have not refunded the amount of Rs 1270 ( Rs 999+270 courier charges) . They are also not even replying to the mails.. Very bad service.
