[Resolved]  Mitsubishi — Non cooling of rooms

Today at 10:10 PM Dear Madam This is in ref to my complaint about ACs for which I have been chasing your company and the dealer since last 4 months.I have written many mails in this regard and had multiple telephonic conversations with Mr Harmeet and Mr Kunal, but till now there is no satisfactory response from their side. For installing the ACs, we followed as per your suggestion and advice but now the ACs are not cooling the room, even if the temperature of the AC is set at lowest i.e. 19*C and with maximum fan speed. At the same time, AC of other rooms is working nicely at 24*C with fan speed of just two. But now I have realised that I have been cheated by you all. This is a case of negligence on the part of your company and your team. and it is a harassment to me as a customer because a lot of money has been invested in these AC s by me and it is a great eputational loss to me as a Reupted Doctor. Request you to look into this matter as to why there is no cooling in the room. In case of no satisfactory response from your company till 23rd July 2014, I will be forced to file a case in consumer court for this. Regards, Dr Vijay Singhal
