Unsatisfactory, impoliteness, Rude behaviour. This is all we could come up with the overall experience we had with MKB Candid photography. Things were never delivered to us on time. We had to move to US soon after wedding and it was hard for us to follow up on the things. He took advantage of it. We had to kept on calling for weeks together for the albums. we got the albums only after 4 months. But the size and quality of album differs from what we ordered. It has to be 12X18 but it was 12X14 with low quality and too small. Full payment was made even before anything was delivered to us with the faith that he is the Canvera approved photographer. Now he don't even responds to our calls & messages. First of all he does not know how to talk to customers. So rude and has no respect for the customers. He didn't keep an account of full payment we made. Instead accused us that we had to pay even more. I had to dig through all the transactions I made him to prove that we had paid all the amount. Its been 8 months already We are yet to receive most awaited short clip. We posted review on canvera website repeatedly but it never reflected on the website. Overall bad experience.
