other account primary nomber...but i am unable to login still ...so

Hey my mobikwik wallet having balance Rs 509 gets blocked of without any reason and I try to reactivate my mobikwik wallet and send emails to mobikwik many a times but i havent got any reply or emails from their customer support side. my number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
