[Resolved] Mobikwik — Can't Login to Mobikwik account and can't access my balance which is present in Mobikwik Wallet | |||
On 07-Dec-14, I tried to recharge my mobile with Rs. 300/-, It deduct my money from my account and says that unable to process. That money is added in my MOBIKWIK WALLET, i also tried to recharge with other numbers, but its useless so i logged out.And when i try to log in again after some time it shows error = "Wrong Password". That same day i have registered the complaint with reference id = 1671705 but i haven't got any response, again on 9th-Dec-2014 i have registered the new complaint with reference id = 1681325 but they haven't respond for this request yet. I am not able to login my Mobikwik account now also. I kindly request to look in to this problem and solve it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a problem with your mobi kwik app. There were 4 transactions done by me with your app for rs 49 (in 4/12/2021), rs 15 (in 6/12/21), rs 15 (in 9/12/21), rs 299 (in 13/12/21) and I already returned these amounts within the due date. Also I paid the registration fee for your app. Now l am facing a problem with your app that it automatically recharged for rs 299 in 20/12/21 and again rs 299 in 27/12/21 to the mobile number that I recharged earlier but the number not get recharged but it is displayed in my transaction history and your application software asked me to refund these amounts that l have not debited from you...l hope you will solve the issue very soon I cant log in my aacount nowyi
