Mobikwik — Cash back not being added to my wallet for shopping at shopclues | |||
I paid on shopclues.com via MOBIKWIK WALLET. So I should get 10% cash back. I got a message on my mobile number that cash back has been added to my wallet, but the cash back hasn't been added to my wallet. My wallet balance remains zero. Is this the way you fool your Users??? And twice I paid through MOBIKWIK wallet, both time I got message on my number but cash back hasn't been added to my wallet. I want my cash back, that too for both transactions, as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
