Mobikwik — Charged my credit card | |||
I was trying to make a payment for Grofers using my mobikwik account. They charged my account 3 times however didnt pay to merchant. Didnt get any failure msg or success notification however in my bank statement there is charge of Rs 418x3times= 1254. kindly help me getting my money reverted . Useless mobikwik is of no use . please ignore them as they have no customer care number or email .. NO way you can address your complaints
