Mobikwik — Deduction of money

Sir, I had added Rs 78 to my wallet on 14/01/2015 and after I did recharge My number [protected](MTNL) for Rs. 79 as i Rs. 1 is already had in my wallet then I got message from you that "your recharge is pending, if this not happen money will be transfer to you tomorrow, thank you" then I waited recharge to be happened but it didn't, I raised ticket on 17/01/2015 for adding my deducted money(Rs. 79). The details of the raised ticket are: 1. Open ticket No: 1977454 2. Created On:[protected] 3. Time- 20:00:26 I want to my money back As soon as possible and stop be fooling people.
