Mobikwik — Makemytrip transaction failed. Amount not refunded

I opened makemytrip mobile app. tried to book flight ticket. went to payment page. I have chosen mobikwik wallet. actually I have insufficient balance at that time. i have only 7rs in mobikwik wallet. it asked please add 7877rs. total transaction amount 7884. I tried to add through hdfc credit card in mobikwik when I am in makemytrip mobile app. after added payment failed message shown. but in mobikwik wallet transaction history showing as amount credited and debited for makemytrip booking. 500rs cash back also received from mobikwik. but ticket has not been booked. amount not refunded into mobikwik wallet. many times I tried to call mobikwik customer care also. I am not getting proper response.

Hello, i have booked outstation cab in makemytrip through mobikvik wallet, i have cancelles the trio ans makemytrip has initated the refund, but still not recieved the refund ij mobikvik, i called both of them, . Mobikvik saying still we dint get it, , and makemy trip saying that they sent it.

Pla help out. Amount of 7849 rs
