Mobikwik — Money deducted but recharge not successful and mobikwik wallet showing 0 balance | |||
I have recharged my idea post paid no:[protected] with 1650 rupees, recharge not successful but money debited from my HDFC account and mobikiwk wallet showing zero balance. transaction id:[protected], email id: [protected]@gmail. i got a mail from mobikwik like ''We have placed a temporary hold on your transaction of INR 1650.0 towards MobiKwik.Com bearing Transaction Id [protected] for security reasons.'' And they asked scanned copy of my passport so i sent my passport scanned copy. But I didn't get any response from them, please refund my money to my bank account or mobikwik wallet. mobikwik not responding to my mails and their service also not good, they are not giving quick response to the customer complaints . I didn't get any response from them on my unsuccessful recharge, i want my money back. Please help me to make it done.

Not yet. I have asked them refund my money back to my bank account, they are still saying that your refund request forward to concern department and they will update you, its almost more than one week but still they are saying same thing like "we will update you". So please help to get back my money to my bank account.
