[Resolved]  Mobikwik — no reply from them, cant access the site

i transferred an amount of Rs.10, 000/- from my SBI account to Mobikwik wallet for my purchases .details given below. Txn Date : 03-Dec-14, Description .:TO TRANSFER-INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd--, Ref No./Cheque No: CCABL1ERW160IG00GTZMF2 Debit Amount:Rs.10, 000.00 but very pathetically it gave a message it has not added to the wallet. I filed a complaint in that site with ticket no:1647860(on 03.12.2014, time:18:37:21). They havent resolved. i got a regret message from them on 8th December 2014 telling within 3 days(by 11th December 2014) they will resolve the issue. They haven't informed anything till now. Now, whenever i try to sign in, there occur log in problem. My amount has been there for last 10 days and there is no reply from them.
