Mobikwik — Offer promised to be given at the time of purchase of item has been called off before stipulated period without any intimation

Dear sir, my mobikwik wallet is disabled. i am not able to login to my account. there are 3300 Rs in my wallet please activate my mobikwik wallet.

I transferred Rs 183 from my bank account to the wallet twice but it credited the wallet only once. But my bank (BOI) charged me twice with the amount.
I tried contacting the customer care but nobody is answering. Also no response received from their email.

I have purchased nokia lumia540 from a retail shop. At the time of purchase i have been told that i will get 300 cash back while adding 300 on the mobikwik wallet every month & the offer will be valid for 12 month. But mobikwik has withdrawn the offer without any intimation after 5 months.
Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
