[Resolved] Mobikwik — Payment deducted by Mobikwik for Pizzahut not credited to vendor | |||
Today on 30.08.15 I have made one transaction at about 1430 hrs of Rs 992.08 through Mobikwik account linked to email id [protected]@ymail.com to make payment to Pizzahut for the order booked online. The payment was deducted from my Mobikwik account, an order id is generated No DMBK[protected], but when I contacted Pizzahut they told that have not received any order. When I contacted Mobikwik they replied that they are only payment gateway and they are sent the money to Pizzahut and I must take up the matter with vendor. When I told them that how can I take up with them when they are not able to identify the transaction number that Mobikwik has given, then replied that they can not do anything. After that they closed my complaint ticket. This way as a customer I am a looser, as the agency who has taken payment from me and sent to Pizzahut has given me details that are not traceable in the system of Pizzahut.
