Mobikwik — Recharge amount not transfer

I recharged through icici bank net banking on 24.06.14 to sun direct dth for Rs.185, but the same amount not reached to the sun direct, so please refund the same in my account. This complaint already told you by phone. Raju M Mob.No.[protected] Email id:[protected]@yahoo.co.in
