I have made an online payment of INR 94.0 with Transaction ID [protected] towards ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICES PVT LTD from ICici bank Account on Mar, 24, 2015 at 11:42 for recharge of reliance mobile No [protected] but transaction is not successful, and amount Rs 94/- is debited in my account. kindly same may rectify and refund the amount to my a/c

I raised a complaint for my refund because of wrong recharge of operator. Which i supposed to recharge is BSNL but i mistakenly recharged to AIRTEL. They said it was successful recharge but later i called to my AIRTEL operator customer care he said it did'nt happened. What should i do now..
