Mobikwik — refund my balance

I had recharge my mobile of Rs.100/- through mobikwik on my airtel no. ([protected]) dated 07 may, 12 but i have not recieve any recharge from mobikwik and my icici bank acc. balance debit 100/- this is fraud website or what ?..No any response while raising ticket...give me my balance back immediately...
