Dear sir On 16th Dec14, I recharged my mobile with an amount of Rs 200, but unfortunately couldn't get recharged. So please refund my amount, as Rs 200 has been deducted from my account. On 16th Dec 2014, my mobile [protected] couldn't get recharged and an amount of Rs 200 had been debited to account also. Please refund my amount at your earliest. Many times I have made complaint but till now no action has been taken.
