Hi Team, I have done a payment of 494 RS on 8th May. And it wqas 20% cashback on Big basket if we pay through mobikwik, but I have not got my money till now. Can you please assure that I will get that amount in my mobikwik wallet. I am trying to contact mobikwik customer care numbers but I don't know how both the numbers are coming busy for continuously 15 mins since morning. Please contact me ASAP.
