Mobikwik — Transfer in wallet amount is not showing

I had booked ticket in bookmyshow and added booked amount in mobikwik. Again I had make separate payment from my own account. SO I had paid two times, one in mobikwik balance account and another one to bookmyshow. After that my Rs 234 is not showing anywhere. Where is my amount Rs 234.00. Kindly help me.
