Mobikwik — Unauthorised usage of my card

On Jan/20/2016 without my authorization Rs. 6100 used in my card. I called to my bank there gave me the transaction details and they are helpless in this. Here are my transaction details

1. 20/1/2016 Rs. 100 Transaction No. [protected]
2. 20/1/2016 Rs. 6000 Transaction No. [protected]

Please help me in this case.

Please also provide me the details who used my card.
