Mobikwik — unnecessary deduction of money from bank account

My saving amount has unnecessary deducted from my account, from bank of india by mobiwik . I got lost of amount 5047rs on 10 january 2015. I have filled pos form in bank The credit returned to me by bank but on 28 january again deducted by mobikwik as same three transactions.my account on mobikwik is- email i.d - [protected]@gmail.com Requested you to get strict action on fraud ..mobikwk and returned my money.
