Mobikwik — Update mibikwik wallet | |||
Sir, I recharged my mobikwik wallet by Rs 1000 from my SBI account (to INB avenues india private ltd). The balance got deducted from my account but my mobikwik wallet didn't get updated. Even the transaction is displayed in the history of mobikwik account, but my wallet isn't updated. I have already filed complaint about 3-4 times by creating ticket available in the mobikwik account, but all my requests went in vain until now. I sincerely request you to please have a look at this issue and resolve it asap as i am facing further difficulties in recharging my mobile through wallet. Waiting for a speedy response.
