[Resolved]  Mobikwik.com — for refund of money

Dear Sir on 13/10/14 at 13:51:24 i had done a payment to Ebay.in through mobikwik.com of Rs 1401.65.at that it was shows your payment was success but no payment will be paid to ebay.in, therfore i have not make a successful purchase from ebay.in.My register ID in mobikwik.com is : [protected]@gmail.com, my transaction id is : AMBK[protected], my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com, cont no is : [protected]. my complain ticket no is : #1380256.(complained on[protected] at 14:56:42 ) .but my complaine is not resolve .So kindly help me & suggest what i will do for refund.
