Mobikwik.com — My account has been locked for last one month. | |||
Sir, Mobikwik has locked my account for last one month.I have Rs 483.00 as wallet balance.They have provided me numbers of pass word reset links but these are all useless.Even, they are not responding on their three available phone/mobile contacts.Please help me in addressing the issue.They may close my account and transfer the balance in to my bank account if they want.Please provide me the contact Nos of their MD/VP or GM so that I can talk to them. There is no response from "Mobikwik.com" till so far.The matter may specifically be taken in to the knowledge of Sh Nikhil Narang, VP, Consumer Operation or Bipin Preet Singh, Founder Member so that the lower rung officials can awakened to work/taken to task.
