hello bro i got my mobile from that company i just bought an apple i phone 5 s..it took 4 days tho but it got delivered..i guess you should contact them

I got framed from this company!
They promised me iphone and that I have to pay 12k in advance.
I made the payment, then they told me that there was some courier problems and i need to pay 11k extra and to make equal this extra payment, they will send me extra phone for free.
I was a fool and made the payment. Now they sent me the invoice but it was showing 2-3 extra iphones and a huge bill, i Asked them, they said nothing to worry.
after 2-3 days they told me that it is in india and having some custom problems so i have to pay 13000 again.
I asked for my refund, now they are not replying and saying, refund cant be done!
Plz help me anybody how do I get my money back because i made the payment in an indian sbi account in Delhi
