I have paid for a mobile on shopnify.com on 11th of April 2013 which was supposed to be shipped by 7 working days. I haven't received the product nor I have received any communication from the site.

My order number #460. I am unaware of what to do because I am unable to get my money or product. I would like sue them through consumer court. Any advice would be helpful. I am clueless.
