Snapdeal / Micromax Canvas HD — Snapdeal Scam

Micromax recently Launched Canvas HD A116 on 14th Feb, 2012.
The mobile is attractive one. So I booked it online on our very famous Online Shopping Website "SNAPDEAL.COM"

I paid them the whole amount of the mobile in Advance as it was mandatory. I have paid them 13,990 INR.

Snapdeal has published on the product page that product will be "Dispatched in 20 business days "

I have not got the Product till now. It is more then 30 days by now.

Their executive just scammed me literally. they are continusely making wrong commitements and making me fool.
One of their senior "Saurabh" open challenged me that I will not get the mobile at mentioned time. He misbehaved with me on call and did not provide me any solution.

I am seriously pissed off. They are asking me to cancel the order, which is not acceptable here at all. I have paid them in advance.


They are making people fool on their website by wrong type of promotion. Please don't buy any product from them. They are not capable of providing the products at time.
They just take money in advance. I have disputed the case on their Facebook's official Fanpage but there is no proper response from their side. Not even a single call.

Please don't trust SNAPDEAL they have worst support and they take the money in advance.

I am totally pissed off with their services.
