Sony — Company denying replacement after promising | |||
Respected Sir /Madam, I purchased a Sony Xperia SP on 11th june 2013 costing 25,100 INR. On the 18th June i found the handset lcd faulty and reported to Aditya Infosolutions which is a sony authorized service centre and they told me that its a manufacturing defect in the phone and will replace my handset and provided me with a D.O.A letter. I got a replacement handset on the 20th June which also had the same problem as the previous one. Now they're telling me that they cannot replace the handset as it is not a defect. Whereas they have mentioned on my jobsheet that it is a fault. Till date they have kept me waiting. I am a student and they have made me run so many times to the service centre and so many calls i've made to the service centre but no answers.
