Sony Xperia Tipo Dual — Please suggest what to do with this faulty Sony mobile. | |||
I have just purchased Sony mobile (Sony Xperia tipo dual), I was happy to use it till today, but suddenly found that my mobile is not working properly, I am not able to hear anything to the person speaking at other side and he is not able to listen what I speak. Same is being experienced by one of my friend who has suggested this SONY phone to me. Faulty product like this was not expected from renowned company like SONY. If I will put this product in your service station they will take more than 2 days to repair, I have to by new mobile for that 2days? I am managing by loudspeaker now. Faults in your product by in Oct’2012. 1) Person speaking from other side not able to hear what I speak. 2) Not able to hear anything person speaking from other side. 3) When using hand free eco effect is coming, we hear our own sound again.
