I have ordered htc trophy windows phone via homeshop18 . the order I received was having problem in working so I gave it for replacement they didn't even returned the order after replacement and promised me to expect delivery within 6 working days but I didn't get it yet plz help me to get back the money or the phone its an request the order no is[protected]. I have also complaint to the customer care of homeshop18 but they are u will receive it we are having problem due to monsoon or courier company and all they re just giving excuses.
