[Resolved] MTS Mobile Company — not receiving my complaint | |||
I bought a MTS mobile no. [protected] 1month back. Recharged 150Rs one week back by easy recharge method. I didn't activate any value added services but the amount in my mobile got reduced by 60Rs. When I called the customer care regarding this problem. They said I had activated the value added service my self and since only one value added service was activated not before 24hours they will refund the amount for that only.(amount of 30Rs.).They Said the amount will be credited in my number within 10Hrs. And the complaint number is jun/2231. Within a few minutes after the phone call I received another message stating I activated another value added service and they have taken another 30Rs. Suddenly I called the customer care again. This time they didn't take my complaint. And keep on saying won't have any such problem in the future... Was this information helpful? | |||
